Nidus was formed in 2006, as the bespoke building surveying company within an affiliated group of companies.
We believe that we offer a different approach when it comes to providing advice. We see property as an underutilised asset that can be managed, manipulated and modified to the benefit of both occupiers and owners.
We consider a client’s business goals and objectives holistically with their property interests in order to provide specific targeted advise and solutions.
Maintaining this approach necessitates a director who is a highly experienced chartered building surveyor and, where appropriate, also a chartered project management surveyor, not just lead, but actively undertake many of the principal aspects of every instruction.
